1. Secure middle of exercise
band to a stationary object. Pull ends of band out and back while pinching
shoulder blades together.

2. With arms held out in front of you at chest level, pull exercise band
out and back while pinching shoulder blades together. |

3. With arms behind you
and held away from your body, pull ends of exercise band outward a few
inches.

4. Secure middle of exercise
band to a stationary object overhead. While sitting in upright posture,
pull ends of band down and backwards while pinching shoulder blades
together.

5. With arms elevated and slightly in front of your head, pull ends of
exercise band outward a few inches.
