Biomechanical assessment and correction
The body acts like a machine and often problems set in as a result of faulty biomechanics, for example, too much in-rolling of the forefoot in walking or running, compared to their opposing muscles, causes imbalances in the body. Joints can be too stiff, or may have components that lie incorrectly with respect to each other. These problems are identified and corrected using mobilization, stretching, exercise, "inners" in the shoes or whatever is deemed necessary to correct the problem.
